The MODE Work Group will work with the implementation team in the development process. This external group is representative of the MODE’s audience and will work with the MODE Implementation Team to beta test the learning content management system in Desire2Learn. The work group will test the MODE, help set up process, work flow, and scenarios to guide start-up of the Minnesota Online Digital Exchange.  Members of the work group are willing to help define a start-up project with a high-level of ambiguity.
